This month I wanted to spice up the Q&A and ask YOU a question! I’ll share my own answers below and I genuinely would love to hear your answers either via a comment or via email.
Question: What is bringing you contentment?
I thought to do a mini deep dive into researching contentment, but our old pal Wikipedia actually has a pretty well-referenced page, so I’ll link to that. Per its Wiki page, contentment is “a state of being where one is satisfied with their current situation, and the state of affairs in one’s life as they presently are.” It’s important to note that you can feel contentment even if some things aren’t going great in your life. Like other emotions, it comes and goes, but when it’s here it certainly feels nice.
